First Time Central Heating is a complete installtion on an A-rated Gas Boiler including, boiler, radiators, smart heating controls and pipework.
First Time Central Heating Grants are available for the installation of central heating systems into homes which DO NOT have, and have NEVER previously had a central heating system.
To qualify for First Time Central Heating your property must not currently have a central heating system installed therefore your property may qualify for funding if your home is currently heated using one or more of the following methods:
- Electric Room Heaters
- Gas room heaters
- Electric storage heaters (inefficient or broken)
- Back Boiler Systems
